WP6: Review of existing preclinical and clinical data

WP6 Objectives:

• To conduct a systematic review of pre-clinical evidence of QT liability in high, medium and low risk drugs.
• To conduct a systematic review of clinical trials and epidemiological studies on the study drugs related to QT prolongation (trials) or QTc prolongation, TdP or sudden death (epidemiological studies)
